Terms and Conditions

Doves and Elephants LLC is a distributor of textiles, sewing accessories, and notions. These Terms apply to all transactions, communications, and agreements related to our distribution services.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without our written consent. Changes to the order may result in adjustments to pricing or delivery times.

- Pricing: All prices provided are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed orders. We will notify you of any pricing changes before processing your order.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the individual contract or invoice. We accept bank transfers, wires ACH and others.

 

- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are subject to changes in availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipment.
- Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt. Any claims regarding missing or damaged products must be made within two weeks of delivery.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The products are returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned products. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

All products distributed by Doves and Elephants LLC come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling. Customers must notify us of any defects within one week of receiving the products to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Doves and Elephants LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our products or services. Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government regulations, strikes, and supply shortages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to customers. Continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
